The District Weekly — November 9th
News and updates from the district0x Network
This past week the district0x team published our bi-weekly dev update. In it, we covered the latest changes to Meme Factory, Ethlance progress, and development environment updates, as well as The District Registry status.
On the community side of things, you will start seeing Youtube videos posted in the community channels covering commonly asked topics and questions. Feel free to share these videos on social media or repost them in chat if it helps your fellow community members stay up to speed. Also, don’t forget to subscribe to the new channel!
Additionally, the Discord tip bot has been tested and seen to be stable. Feel free to give it a shot. If you had balances on the old bot you should have them migrated to the new one. You can send a private message to the bot to check your balances. Keep in mind the new command prefix has changed. Get started with the command $help.
On the District Registry front, another round of QA testing was completed following some final touches as we prepare for the big launch. We will be continuing with more rounds of QA before the launch but this week we were able to give the community their first sneak peek at the District Registry during the live stream.
Aside from a few operational tasks, finalizing the latest quarterly report, and some last-minute development work, we are close to another launch day. Stay tuned as we gear up to the next phase of the district0x Network!
This week on the dApp Digest we did a live demo of The District Registry and took questions from the community. Most of it revolved around Aragon integration, the new bonding curve features, and how staking will work.
Stay tuned for our regular community livestream every other Tuesday at 3PM PDT (11PM UTC) as a forum for discussing recent updates to the district0x Network. You can join us on Twitch.
No new proposals this week!
