We will continue to listen to your feedback to improve the app. You can expect a lot more updates like these in the coming months while we continuously improve the core app experience.
Another thing we are about to make changes to is the sign-up experience. Most of you think that the experience is already pretty good, but knew we can make it even better! Very soon now, signing up will be even easier.
Plus, over the course of the next couple of months, the process will be further improved to make HOLD available to more and more people. Please continue to provide feedback as we go through this and define how we combine maximum security and compliance with great customer experience.
As mentioned in the previous Community Update, we have been working hard on introducing our Affiliate Partner Program. The launch of this is planned very soon. Expect it within the next 2 weeks.
If you have a blog, a website, a mobile app or any other way to advertise for HOLD, you can apply for the program today by requesting early access via email to email@example.com.
Make sure to include at least the following statistics:
- Monthly impressions
- Unique monthly users
- Countries of impressions/users
We offer a lucrative revenue share model for every accepted partner.
We are working with a very talented team which is currently planning our marketing campaigns. They also optimise the existing flows (such as the sign-up process) to increase conversion as well as retention rates.
Starting shortly, we are excited to advertise across selected social media channels and, combined with our affiliate partners, look forward to significant user growth in the coming months.
One of those channels is Twitter, where we recently reached 10K followers!
In line with a previous announcement, we will not communicate specific timeframes anymore. Instead, we focus on priorities which, we think, based on market insights and customer feedback, will improve your experience.

Naturally, these are just some of the more customer-facing roadmap items. There’s a lot more going on when it comes to licensing, regulation, marketing, scaling and general expansion.
It’s going to be an exciting 2020!
We are soon going to make some changes to the Telegram Community Support channel. With more and more spam/scam/ads targeting our channel, we will limit the times during which you can send messages to be in line with our official support hours.
