50 Cent’s Concert Chaos: Mic Toss Sparks Legal Firestorm

During his “Final Lap” tour at Crypto.com Arena, rapper 50 Cent’s recent actions may have serious legal consequences. Frustrated with microphone malfunctions, the artist aggressively hurled not one, but two microphones into the crowd, an incident that was captured on video and quickly circulated online.

While sharing the stage with special guest YG, the situation escalated, culminating in 50 Cent launching the malfunctioning microphone with significant force. The fallout of this act left Power 106 host Bryhana Monegain with a bleeding forehead wound, as seen in images shared on social media.

Initially, there were no reports of police involvement. However, TMZ later revealed that 50 Cent is now the subject of a criminal battery report filed by Monegain. Law enforcement sources suggest that the rapper aimed the microphone at his production crew, inadvertently striking the victim. In contrast, Monegain contends that 50 Cent made direct eye contact with her before launching the microphone.

As of now, official statements from representatives of 50 Cent, Power 106, and Crypto.com Arena regarding the incident are still pending. The incident has stirred significant attention and may lead to further legal proceedings.
