MJ’s youngest heir throws a wrench in Katherine’s legal battle, and things are getting messy!
Remember that HUGE Michael Jackson music rights fight? The one where Katherine Jackson, MJ’s mom, teamed up with her grandson Blanket (now going by Bigi) to stop a big-money sale? Well, it looks like the fam is no longer on the same page, and things just got heated!
According to TMZ, Bigi, at the young age of 22, has filed a legal injunction to block his grandma from using any money from Michael’s estate to fund an appeal against the sale. Apparently, Bigi’s cool with the court’s decision and doesn’t want the estate to keep bleeding cash on lawyers. Maybe it also has something to do with those RUMORED seven-figure allowance checks Katherine’s been getting? Bigi might be thinking grandma can use her own dough for this one!
Here’s the backstory: Remember how Katherine and Bigi were BFFs in this whole thing? They both fought against the executors selling off a chunk of MJ’s music, which Katherine claims her son would NEVER have wanted. But after the court sided with the executors (cue the boos!), Katherine decided to fight on, and that’s where things went sour with Bigi.
Meanwhile, Paris and Prince Jackson are staying mum on the whole situation. Paris says it’s a private family matter, but let’s be real, this is pure tabloid gold!
So, what’s next? Will Bigi’s block succeed? Will Katherine use her own money? Will this tear the Jackson fam apart? Stay tuned for the latest in this Jackson drama!
