Firefighters Contain the Blaze
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call around 4:00 am, arriving at the scene to find a two-story house engulfed in flames. The fire reportedly started in the back of the house and spread rapidly into the attic.
Putting out the blaze required 94 firefighters and took over two hours. Thankfully, everyone inside the house escaped safely, with only one firefighter sustaining minor injuries. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

The LAFD confirmed that all occupants were evacuated before firefighters were forced to take a defensive stance due to the intense heat and structural damage. The situation became critical as the roof eventually collapsed.
Cara Abroad During the Tragedy
Thankfully, Cara was not home during the fire. She is currently in London starring in the play “Cabaret” at the Playhouse Theatre.
