  1. Saw this on bad cop no donut and was thinking the same! Setting aside that BTC would have prevented the situation, FUCK THIS! Literally stealing from hard working citizens under the clearly BULLSHIT cover of DEA. Our country has turned on us

  2. Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, ***nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law***; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

  3. First, you pay your income taxes.

Then you pay capital gains taxes on the same money.

Then you pay sales taxes on the same money a third time.

And then they rob you for what’s left, like this guy.

Not to mention money printing and inflation.

  4. Yeah, haven’t we fully pulled out from the east? It’s not war time anymore, this needs to hit the chopping block. (Not saying I ever thought it was right but I’m just now reminded how we can’t forget this is still a thing and needs reevaluation asap)

  5. When people say it’s “Libruls who are ruining the country, and taking away our rights”, show them this abuse of power.

In “Communist Canada”, those cops would have been reemed out by the detachment commander, the lawyer for the civilian, the prosecutor, and the judge. In fact, they’d be lucky to keep their badges to do traffic duty.

  6. The first mistake was agreeing to answer all those questions. I would not have. When police pull me over, I hand them all my documents (Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Registration). Then whatever question they ask me, I turn the question around or just talk about the stop itself. For example if they ask me “Do you know how fast you were going?”(a question that has zero right answer, by the way), my answer is “Do you know how fast? Did you get it on radar?” If they ask me “Where are you headed?”, my answer is “I’m actually looking for a good restaurant right now, as I’m kind of hungry.”

If they press me with any other questions, I say “All the necessary information that you need, is on the documents I’ve provided you. I don’t feel the need to answer further questions. Why did you stop me, and what reasonable suspicion did you have?”

If they keep going, and ask me anything else, I simply say “I don’t feel like answering any other questions or discussing anything else. Am I free to go or under arrest?” And leave it at that. Not answering all those questions.

Now, none of that would have saved this gentleman, as the cop likely would get a search warrant anyhow. The cops are the BIGGEST criminals. Bitcoin solves.

  7. I feel bad for the guy, but he made the mistake of trusting the government. Often times the government does the right thing, but when they don’t it’s very hard to hold them accountable. It’s best not to trust the government.

  8. Does anyone know if he ever got his $ back? Rumor has it you can try to show documentation proving it’s not illicit and they might let you have it back….Was he able to get it back?

It’s theft either way of course.
