Diddy’s lawyers came out swinging with a statement obtained by “Extra.” They’re claiming the whole thing was a “gross overuse of force,” saying authorities went in way too hard with a “military-level” raid. They also say Diddy and his fam were treated unfairly, despite Diddy cooperating with everything.

Diddy Says He’s Innocent
The biggest tea? Diddy’s team says the whole raid is a “witch hunt” based on “meritless accusations.” They claim Diddy’s innocent and will fight to clear his name. It’s all a big misunderstanding, according to them. But is it?
What Happened During the Raid?
Here’s what we know: On Monday, Homeland Security raided Diddy’s mansions in both L.A. and Miami. TMZ got footage of the scene, and it looked intense. Helicopters, tons of law enforcement, and Diddy’s sons even got put in handcuffs (though they were released later). Yikes!

Diddy Seen at Customs Office ✈️
Adding more fuel to the fire, TMZ also caught Diddy on camera at a customs office later that day. Apparently, Diddy and his crew were about to fly out when customs agents stopped them. They questioned everyone on the plane, but Diddy wasn’t detained. Seems like they were just checking things out.
