Dear people of reddit,
Someone send me a BTC transaction 5 days ago. It has been visible in [mempool.space](https://mempool.space) where it says: will be confirmed within 10 minutes (1 block), but it never enters the block and thus it never confirms. I have little to no knowledge about BTC, did the person sending me the transaction did something sketchy? Can someone please help and take a look? This is the transaction ID: ef18ee327300b48f6503c2b71e0b1d2551d403c46095f70ed72c1958086a3148, and my discord is: Treatya#9709 !

Damn, just missed another block. Above minimum fees too 🤷🏻♂️
It looks like a chain of transactions with a bunch of the earlier ones unconfirmed. They all need to be confirmed for the last one to take.
No, they just paid cheaper fees. Nothing wrong with that.
Should be any time now then, as long as fee’s dont build on top of it.
I have no clue… but this is going on for days now. I don’t understand what is happening…
I hope so but i won’t be surprised if it’s unconfirmed tomorrow
