Probably an exchange moving coins between wallets or a customer withdrawals.
Very normal, basically the original address had 1585.247… coins, they spend 0.203 btc to a new address, the remaining 1585.044 coins is simply the change.
i.e. it is good practice to use a new address for your change rather than sending it back to the original address. (For those interested, it’s because when you spend you have to reveal your public key to the world which ever so slightly weakens protection against things like theoretical QC attacks… reusing an address is still secure as far as we know but why risk it).

Plus it obfuscates what happened here. Did they spend 1585.044 coins or did they spend 0.203 coins… in this example it’s pretty obvious they were sending 0.203 because it’s the smaller amount by some magnitude.
