Jennifer Lopez is opening up about how her husband, Ben Affleck, makes her feel about herself. In a new Vogue interview, Lopez revealed that she’s “finally at the point” of loving “every part of [her]self unapologetically.”
“Every part of me, my body, my voice, my choices, even like my mistakes,” Lopez said. “All of it made me who I am and got me to where I am today.”
Lopez also shared that Affleck has helped her “understand [her] worth and know [her] value.” She added that she feels “even more relaxed and comfortable” with Affleck than she has ever felt with anyone else, which makes her feel “even more beautiful than I have ever felt with someone else.”
Lopez and Affleck first began dating in 2002 while filming the movie Gigli. They got engaged in 2003 but broke up in 2004. They rekindled their romance in 2021 and got married in August 2022.
Lopez has been open about how happy she is to be back with Affleck. She has said that they are “better suited” now than they were when they were younger.
“We’re older now. We’re smarter. We have more experience. We’re at different places in our lives. We’re both coming from a place of love and respect,” Lopez said in a 2022 interview.
It seems like Lopez and Affleck are truly meant to be together. We’re so happy for them!
