Kardashian was one of 30 potential jurors who were brought in for the case. She was asked a series of questions by the judge and the attorneys, and she was eventually dismissed for cause.
The reason for Kardashian’s dismissal is unclear, but it is possible that she was dismissed because of her celebrity status. The judge may have been concerned that Kardashian’s presence on the jury would bias the other jurors.
