  3. Geez. Money, in any form, is only worth something when you spend it. He financed a house with zero actual labor of any kind involved. You don’t have to do a bunch of speculative math to understand this was a good decision for him and he’s been blessed by the circumstances. He might have more, he might have less. It doesn’t matter.
