Nervos Network (CKB) sits just outside the top 100 projects with a market cap of 800m, though a few days ago it was in the top 100… so on a bit of dip.

So, what’s the deal with CKB?
It’s a blockchain that wants to make so that other blockchains can talk to each other. The idea is that you can build your app/service on one blockchain and then, via, CKB be able to port that code to whatever other blockchain. They call it being a universal passport to blockchain.
This strikes me an interesting idea. There’s very much the potential for multiple blockchains to find success. Some will be a huge success and others niche. Over time new blockchains could rise in popularity and old ones fade — not unlike what we see with programing languages. So, why not a project that’s focused on making it so that one project can easily talk to another regardless of where it was first developed?
Do think this project has a little potential? A lot? None?
Something you love about it?
Something that you hate?
/disclaimer: I do own some CKB and am trying to decide if I want to continue to hold it. This place is full of smart folks, so I’m hoping the crypto hivemind will help me make a good decision.
