Nipsey Hussle’s brother, Sam Asghedom, has been accused of using intimidation tactics in a fight with songwriter Kasseem Ryans over the late rapper’s royalties.
According to a new lawsuit filed by Ryans, Asghedom has been threatening and harassing him in an attempt to force him to give up his share of the royalties.
Ryans claims that Asghedom has shown up to his house unannounced, followed him in his car, and made threatening phone calls. He also claims that Asghedom has threatened to release compromising photos and videos of him.

Ryans is now suing Asghedom for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy. He is seeking damages in excess of $1 million.
Asghedom has denied all of the allegations. He claims that Ryans is trying to extort money from him.

The lawsuit comes at a time when Nipsey Hussle’s estate is still being contested in court. The rapper’s mother, Angelique Smith, and his longtime girlfriend, Lauren London, are both vying for control of the estate.
It remains to be seen how the lawsuit will affect the estate, but it is sure to cast a shadow over the late rapper’s legacy.
