In a hilarious turn of events, 10-year-old North West has become the new fashion critic in the Kardashian-Jenner family, and she’s not afraid to give her honest opinions, even when it comes to her own mother’s outfits.
On the latest episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” North gave some harsh critiques to Kim Kardashian’s 2023 Met Gala outfit, even slamming her mother’s ex-boyfriend, comedian Pete Davidson.
Kardashian, who is known for her always-on-point fashion choices, was seemingly taken aback by her daughter’s bluntness. “You can’t really take it seriously getting roasted by a 10-year-old,” she said in a confessional. “So I never do but it stings a little.”
North didn’t hold back, calling out Kardashian’s Schiaparelli dress for having “way too much gaps in the pearls” and looking like “she’s a Hawaiian girl with her dress all ripped.” She also insinuated that the pearls looked “fake” before being corrected by her mother.
Despite her daughter’s harsh criticism, Kardashian seemed to take it in stride, even calling North the new Joan Rivers, after the late Fashion Police host. “All North wants to do is rate people’s outfits,” she said in another confessional. “She loves to critique.”

In addition to criticizing her mother’s outfit, North also had some words for Davidson. “You’re going to the Met Gala, Pete, not the gas station,” she said, seemingly unimpressed by his red carpet attire.
Overall, it seems that North West is not afraid to speak her mind, and she’s definitely not afraid to give her own mother some fashion advice. Whether or not Kardashian will take her daughter’s suggestions remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure: North is definitely one to watch in the world of fashion.
