Privacy From Tax Authorities?

Hi I recently read HMRC are drafting paperwork that if you are suspected or under investigation they can now ask for you to declare crypto holdings and if they analytically link a wallet to you and you didn’t declare it in the first place you’ll be fined.

Are there any fixes to this in the pipeline, personally I’d want to tell them NO i don’t own any crypto and know that no matter what they do they’d simply not be able to link me with a certain wallet.

Is this possible?
Are there wallets now that guarantee this?

Simply can this be stopped?

Very interested in replies from people who have the knowledge to give accurate technical replies.
