The drama never ends in the world of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise! Former cast member Brandi Glanville is embroiled in a heated he-said-she-said battle with both the network and her former co-star Caroline Manzo.
Glanville, known for her fiery personality on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Ultimate Girls Trip,” is accusing “Watch What Happens Live” host and “Real Housewives” honcho Andy Cohen of sexual harassment.
According to a letter sent by Glanville’s lawyer, Cohen allegedly sent her a video message in which he appeared intoxicated and spoke about “his intention to sleep with another Bravo star that night while thinking of her” and even invited her to watch via FaceTime. Yikes!
Glanville’s lawyer claims she felt “trapped” and “disgusted” by the exchange. Cohen, however, maintains his innocence and insists the video was a joke meant for both Glanville and former “Below Deck” star Kate Chastain.
“It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke,” Cohen said in a statement. “That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize.”
This accusation comes just weeks after Glanville’s “Ultimate Girls Trip” co-star Caroline Manzo filed a lawsuit against her. Manzo, who previously starred on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” alleges Glanville forcibly kissed her and groped her during filming in Morocco.
Glanville’s legal team is firing back, calling Manzo’s claims “false allegations” and a “character assassination” designed to ruin Glanville financially. They claim the network is using Manzo’s accusations as a way to “cut ties” with Glanville and avoid “damaging revelations” she might expose.
The plot thickens even further as Glanville’s lawyer hints at a larger investigation into “the practices of the reality television industry.” They allege Glanville has been “taken advantage of” by Bravo and other production companies.
With lawsuits flying and accusations swirling, it’s unclear how this “Real Housewives” drama will unfold. One thing’s for sure – we’ll be watching closely! Stay tuned for further updates.
