what i’d really like to know is the breakage of tenants who’d pay in bitcoin and usd. guessing bitcoin will be miniscule if at all, at least for a while.

  1. by giving a 5% discount on the rent for tenants who pay in BTC, they will all fall in line naturally.

    Show them the discount, tell them about Strike app, it’s game over.

  2. This is going to be so complicated for most people. First they will have to convert their fiat to BTC, then pay. Most people do *not* invest in crypto.

    And re other responder.. it will take a LOT more than 5% reduction for most people to go through the stress. Think more along the lines of at least 20% to get people to budge.
