  1. Either Ripple wins and strenghtens this bull run or they lose and FUD might bring the bear market for crypto.

I don’t like Ripple but for the sake of crypto currencies I hope they win

  2. How do you all not understand that what these companies did is wrong and illegal?

They created their own unregistered stocks, using them as a way of crowdfunding, not having to give up equity in the company and not having to pay back any loans. Then immediately turning it all back into fiat to either line their pockets and or try to build a project. These assets are specifically tied to the projects. That makes them securities, but they greatly benefit the company and don’t really benefit you at all… which is why the SEC is trying to protect us from scams like these. These crypto projects stripped the value out of crypto in 2018. And they will do it again and again as long as they are allowed…

And then you guys are happy about XRP getting to redact emails… did you ever ask why they want to redact it? Maybe because they don’t want YOU seeing it and getting pissed off that they were joking about scamming you.

  3. tldr; Ripple has won a partial victory in its ongoing lawsuit with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. A New York judge granted Ripple’s motion to temporarily seal four documents and ordered Ripple and the SEC to agree on redactions by April 2. The lawsuit alleges that Ripple raised $1.3 billion by selling XRP in ongoing unregistered securities offerings.
