Napoleon, formerly of the Outlawz and closely associated with Tupac, expressed his belief that the late rapper wouldn’t have approved of Keefe D’s arrest. He emphasized the ultimate judgment lies beyond earthly courts, adding that Tupac, had he survived, would have likely avoided involving the law. Napoleon explained that Tupac understood the street nature of his dealings and even in his final moments, maintained his code of silence.
Keefe D faces a severe charge of “murder with the use of a deadly weapon with the intent to promote, further, or assist a criminal gang.” According to Chief Deputy District Attorney Marc DiGiacomo, Davis’ public statements have implicated him in allegedly ordering the shooting of Tupac.
Napoleon (former member of 2Pac’s Outlawz) says 2Pac wanted to back Ice Cube during his beef with Common, but didn’t because they weren’t seeing eye to eye.
