  1. It’s crazy I remember reading it on a shitty Dutch newspaper about someone buying a pizza with it and asking my dad to buy some while I was like 10. This was when BTC was still in the cents per btc and he bought me like 20$ worth using my allowance because he was always willing to fuel a new interest. We found the hard drive with it last year after months of casual searching (since we assumed we had lost it forever). Though we apparently sold a lot of btc when it hit a $ we also kept a few so that made for a pleasant surprise.

  2. When I was 13 I was super into buying my own gaming PC, right when the PS4 was about to come out. My friend convinced me a PC was better so I saved up every penny from birthdays and chores/finding ways to make money over the summer to buy a decently speced PC and a graphics card to throw in it. I had known about BTC and actually tried to set up mine and ended up joining a mining pool. I didn’t completely understand it at the time and sadly I never really mined any BTC and didn’t think there was any way besides mining it to acquire it.

Bitcoin was at $116 dollars when I bought my PC.

  3. Normally, I’m not a fan of TikTok, but I can’t stop myself from watching this video over and over. Honestly, I miss a lot of the shitposts/memes, and I think things like this could be the catalyst to push us to $100k by EOY
