  1. Yea it’s pretty interesting – sounds like Bitcoin and other tokens with utility will be ‘fine’ (fine=eventually regulated by CFTC)

    My concern is his comment about lending and stablecoins. I immediately drained my earn account on Gemini and will be moving those coins into cold storage to prevent them from being locked up in any seizure/investigations… I could be overreacting but don’t want to get fucked over
