Tasha’s bankruptcy filing in June included a detailed list of her assets, revealing her financial situation. Despite offering a settlement plan of 20 quarterly payments of $220,000 in August, Cardi B declined the offer.
The dispute is about the $500K in punitive damages against not Tasha personally but her company Kebe Studios.

The court stated, “Defendant asks for a new trial, saying that there was insufficient evidence for the jury verdict against her… Because Kebe’s brief falls well short of what we require, she has abandoned this argument.”
