Leah Remini’s Process Server Hunted Down David Miscavige Like a Fugitive

Leah Remini’s process server had to play detective in order to serve David Miscavige with the alleged stalking and harassment lawsuit. In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the process server revealed that he had to visit five Scientology locations in Los Angeles and dodge private security guards in order to drop the legal papers at Miscavige’s feet.

The process server’s journey began on September 13 and didn’t end until September 22. He was turned away from every Scientology location he visited, including the Scientology Media Productions, the Celebrity Centre, the Author Services – Religious Technology Center, and two places on L. Ron Hubbard Way.

On September 22, the process server finally had a breakthrough. He approached the Celebrity Centre and was met by security guard “Chuck” again. The server explained that he was there to serve Miscavige with legal papers, but Chuck refused to take them.

The server then pulled a bold stunt. He announced that he was substitute serving Chuck on behalf of Miscavige and dropped the legal papers at his feet.

The server repeated the same stunt at Scientology Media Productions later that day.

Remini’s lawsuit alleges that Scientology and Miscavige have been stalking, harassing, and defaming her since she publicly departed from the church in 2013. Remini has also filed for a preliminary injunction, asking that the defendants be prohibited from “harassing or attacking” her and her family members.

It’s clear that Remini is not afraid to stand up to Scientology and Miscavige. She is determined to seek justice for the alleged abuse that she has suffered.

Gossip Girl Takeaway: Leah Remini is a badass. She’s not afraid of anyone, not even David Miscavige. I admire her courage for speaking out against Scientology and fighting for justice.

I can’t wait to see how this lawsuit plays out. I’m hoping that Remini gets the justice she deserves.
